Email

Citadel

Citadel is a University file storage service used by some departments for shared and departmental files. While St. John Fisher University is transitioning to SharePoint for file storage and collaboration; some files and resources remain available in Citadel.

Common Citadel resources include:
○ P: Drives
○ Departmental files/folders (faculty & staff)

There are different types of folders stored on Citadel:
○ Public: Available for members of the University community to view.
○ Confidential: Access is restricted and requires approval from a supervisor or department chair.

SharePoint

SharePoint is St. John Fisher University's cloud-based storage and collaboration platform. As the University transitions away from Citadel, departments are using SharePoint to store, share, and collaborate on files from any location, both on and off campus.
