Multi-Factor Authentication Configuration
Configure Authentication Methods
In an Internet br
owser, navigate to
https://go.sjf.edu/mfasetup
and log in using your SJF Credentials following the instructions at the log in screen.
Once you are logged in, click on the “Add Method” section and select which option you want to add for verification when resetting your password.
Once added you will receive a code to your Microsoft Authenticator app, non-SJF e-mail address, or phone to confirm the addition of the method to your account.
NOTE:
To use the Microsoft Authenticator App, you
must
have another one of the above authentication methods configured
first
.
Please follow steps 2 and 3 to add a second form of authentication to your account.
Sign out by clicking the blue avatar in the upper-right corner and selecting the “Sign out” option.
Change Default Authentication Method
In an Internet browser, navigate to
https://go.sjf.edu/mfasetup
and log in using your SJF Credentials.
Click on the “Change” button above “Add method” to select a new default from the list of your previously defined authentication methods.
