Features
Installed PC, HDMI input (Laptop connection), Apple TV, audio amplification equipment, video projector(s) and/or large flatpanel display(s), & wireless presenter (slide advancer). All academic classrooms should have the capability for web conferencing (Zoom) or Software Capture (YuJa) from the instructor station, with either a document camera's built in camera and microphone, or a wall/ceiling mounted PTZ camera and supplemental microphones. Most spaces should have DVD playback capability; and in some locations Blu-Ray.
How is this service delivered?
A Room Reservation Form is required for the space, the technology is built in and accessible to anyone with a network account. OIT can provide technical assistance by submitting a Media Request Form
