Banner is the software application that SJFC uses as its Enterprise Resource Planning and Student Information System. It is the source of record for Finance, Student, Advancement, HR, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Financial Aid.

How is this service delivered?
In Fish’R’Net, navigate to the Personal Information menu, Reset your Banner password. If unable to use this option, the Service Desk should be notified and OIT Banner Security staff changes the password.
