Banner Document Management (BDM) is SJFC's Enterprise Document Imaging solution. This tool enhances information accessibility, promotes organized collaboration and secures content in all its forms. Using AppXtender within BDM is a computer-client software enabling the scanning of documents into a central solution. AppXtender most commonly provides access to content already scanned into the system via a Web browser and allows for uploading and indexing of documents

How is this service delivered?
Admin Services reviews the request and reaches out to the end user. For additions, changes are made in PPRD, end user tests it, changes are implemented in PROD. For hardware, OIT determines the users needs and provides necessary equipment. For Implementations, OIT sets up discovery meetings to determine needs.
