Computer Hardware Troubleshooting

Service Overview

Hardware will have issues for a variety of reasons. OIT will provide best effort troubleshooting for hardware issues on SJFC-owned computers.

Available To

Faculty, Staff & Students (only students enrolled in SJFC programs that provide laptops for the students)


SJFC-owned computers:  Best effort will be made to troubleshoot all  SJFC-owned equipment and restore functionality as optimally as possible.

How is this service delivered?

OIT representative will troubleshoot issues that occur remotely or in person.
