This service allows a user to request a name change for their SJFC account.

Faculty, Staff & Students
Features
Change username to match current legal name.
How is this service delivered?
Students - Must first complete a legal name change at the Registrar Office.
Faculty & Staff - Must first complete a legal name change at Human Resources.
Once request has been completed by Registrar or Human Resources those departments will forward request to IT department.
