Recreate Outlook profile - Mac

To recreate your Outlook profile on the Mac version of Microsoft Outlook, please follow the below instructions:

1. From Finder, open the Applications folder.
   
2. Ctrl+click or right-click Microsoft Outlook, and select Show Package Contents.
   
3. Open Contents > SharedSupport, then launch Outlook Profile Manager.
   
4. Select Create a new profile (+)and then enter a name for the new profile.
   
5. Select the newly created profile and click the button with the ellipsis and click Set as Default
   
6. Close the window and re-launch Microsoft Outlook.
