Office 365 - Instructions to Download

SJF provides Microsoft Office 365 for faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students at the institute. Office 365 is the office productivity suite that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access (for PC), and Outlook.

 

To download and install Office 365 on your personal computer, follow the instructions below: 

  • Launch your web browser and go to: www.office.com
  • From the Welcome to Office window, click Sign in
  • From the Sign in window, enter your email address:username@sjf.edu and click Next
  • Enter your SJF account Password and click Sign in
  • From the Office 365 screen, click on Install Office drop-down and click Office 365 apps
  • Follow on screen instructions to complete installation

 

To download and install Office 365 apps on your iPad, follow the instructions below: 

  • Launch the Self Service app on your iPad
  • Tap the Install button under the Office 365 app you'd like to install
  • Once installation is finished, open one of the Office 365 apps you just installed
  • Click the Sign in link at the top of the window and enter your email address: username@sjf.edu and click Next
  • Enter your SJF account Password and click Sign in
