If you suspect that your account has been compromised, or if you want to verify the security of your SJF account, follow the instructions below to help secure your account.
Change Your Password
Follow the instructions located here. Make sure to choose a password that you have never used before - either at SJF or on any other site.
Review Your Current MFA Methods
Go here to review your current Microsoft MFA methods and remove any devices or methods that are outdated or unfamiliar. If you see anything you don’t recognize, delete it.
Check Recent Microsoft Account Activity
Review your recent Microsoft logins. If you notice any successful logins that you don’t recognize, click the “Look Unfamiliar? Secure your account” link to begin the recovery process.
Review Active Google Sessions
Review your active Google Logins. If you see any unfamiliar sessions, click on them and select “Sign Out” to remove access.
