OWA (Outlook Web Access) defaults to Reply All for users when replying to messages. This is a user-specific setting that can be changed within OWA with the following steps:
- From the my.sjf.edu LaunchPad, select Webmail
- Once in, click on the Settings icon (gear icon in top right).
- Select View all Outlook Settings at the bottom of the pane.
- In the Compose and Reply section, scroll down to Reply or Reply all and select Reply.
- Click on Save.
