Recreate Outlook profile - PC

To recreate your Outlook profile on the PC version of Microsoft Outlook, please follow the below instructions:

1. In Outlook, select File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles
   
2.  If you do not see Manage Profiles like in the above image, go to Windows Control Panel and search for Mail.
   
   
    
3.  Choose Show Profiles > Add 
   
4. In the Profile Name box, type a name for the profile, and then choose OK.
5. Click through the prompts that auto completes your e-mail address and information. Once at the Congratulations! screen, UNCHECK the box for Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too, then select Finish.
   
6. Once complete, use the dropdown menu and select the name of the newly created Profile. Click OK and close.
   
7. Relaunch Microsoft Outlook.
