Reset Forgotten Password

Self Service Password Reset Instructions

1. Navigate to https://go.sjf.edu/myaccount and select your SJF e-mail account. When there, click the “Forgot my password” link.

2. Enter in your SJF e-mail address (if it isn’t pre-populated) and enter the CAPTCHA verification. Click next when complete.
3. Choose which method of authentication you would like to use to verify the password reset request and enter in the code.
    

4. Choose a new password and confirm that new password. Click Finish when complete.
